Shortly after relocating to Arizona, I decided to follow my passion in home renovations. Having accrued many years of experience in home repair and construction it only made sense to start my new business "Visionary Property Renovations" on 4/22/2010. With great success in remodeling flip homes for investors, I became significantly involved in real estate. As the real estate industry began to evolve, my role also changed. I realized my knowledge and experience would be beneficial in assisting buyers and sellers in the most crucial decisions they would make in their lifetime. In 2016 I became a licensed Arizona Realtor. With dozens of projects under my oversight raising neighborhood comps substantially, I can offer significant insight to sellers in the preparation of their home to achieve a maxim return on their real estate investment. It wasn't long after I sold my first home that I realized I too wanted to be a Realtor. I've always been someone who stops at open houses just for the fun of it. Even as a child growing up in Mesa, I'd beg my parents to stop and look. Maybe I just wanted to see how other local kids were living. Did the kids have their own bathroom? Was there a designated space for homework? Enough outlets in the bathrooms? How about the backyard and swimming pool? Was there a slide or diving board? It all mattered to me. So it may not be surprising that even after success as an events and conference manager in the early part of my career at wonderful properties like The Phoenician, Talking Stick Resort and the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, that I'd find myself again at open houses across the East Valley discussing the finer points of residential real estate. I'm still asking lots of questions, crunching numbers for my clients, enjoying the thrill of the hunt, and loving the transition of turning a house into a “home” for families.
