Shortly after relocating to Arizona, I decided to follow my passion in home renovations. Having accrued many years of experience in home repair and construction it only made sense to start my new business "Visionary Property Renovations" on 4/22/2010. With great success in remodeling flip homes for investors, I became significantly involved in real estate. As the real estate industry began to evolve, my role also changed. I realized my knowledge and experience would be beneficial in assisting buyers and sellers in the most crucial decisions they would make in their lifetime. In 2016 I became a licensed Arizona Realtor. With dozens of projects under my oversight raising neighborhood comps substantially, I can offer significant insight to sellers in the preparation of their home to achieve a maxim return on their real estate investment.
